PAST 2025.08.15 - 2025.08.18この度、2025年8月15日(金)〜8月18日(月)に、Group Exhibition「Life With Art vol.3 〜mirrors〜」をthisisneverthat® Frame Galleryにて開催いたします。
【本イベントについて/About The Exhibition/본 이벤트에 대하여】
「アートは生活を共にするもの」と言う概念を日本に根付かせるために必要な要素や課題はたくさんあるのだが、もっと手前の部分に、自分自身の「”好き”が定まっていない」のではないかと我々は考えた。
この”好き”という感情の発露として、アートを買うという行動が出てくるのだとすれば、我々が仕掛ける展覧会は、ジャンルやテーマ、色、スタイルなどを絞り、あるいは交差させ、鑑賞者の中に潜在している”好き”を強烈に呼び起こすことを目指すべきではないか。
3回目となる今回、それぞれ異なるジャンルで圧倒的な「存在感」を放つアーティスト7名の作品を集め、「鏡」を題材にし体験型、作品の一体型を含めた唯一無二の展覧会を用意しました。
アートに興味を持ち始めたばかりの方も、未来のコレクターも、すでにコレクターとして活躍されている方も、今一度、作品を通じて『自分の”好き”を見つめる時間』として本展覧会を活用してほしい。
【アーティストについて】
Itabamoe
東京を拠点に活動する。ファッションデザインを学んだのち、アパレルデザイナーとして勤務。その後イラストレーターとして広告の世界へ転身し、2021年にアーティストとして活動を開始。2010年代の広告業界で女性像を表現してきたキャリアを通じて、イラストレーションを現代アートの主題として再構築して表現し、多様性が謳われる現代の女性の変遷する美しさをリアルタイムで捉えて表現する。雑誌の一部を拡大コピーしたような表現手法をとり、この方法を通じて、視覚的な言語を使ってストーリーを語りたいと考える。また、ソーシャルメディア・オンライン上で、情報発信や議論が活発に行われている第4波フェミニズム世代の媚びない意思のある21世紀の女性像を表現の主軸におき、時代と共に変わる女性の心情や個性を描くことで、現代アートのステートメントを発信する。
Based in Tokyo.
After studying fashion design, she worked as an apparel designer. She then moved to the advertising world as an illustrator and began working as an artist in 2021.Through her career of expressing the image of women in the advertising industry of the 2010s, she reconstructs and expresses illustrations as the subject of contemporary art, capturing and expressing the changing beauty of modern women, whose diversity is celebrated, in real time.She uses a method of expression that resembles an enlarged copy of a part of a magazine, and through this method, she wants to tell a story using visual language.
In addition, she focuses on the image of a 21st century woman who is unyielding and willful, of the fourth wave feminist generation, who are actively disseminating information and discussing it on social media and online, and sends out a statement on contemporary art by depicting the feelings and personalities of women that change with the times.

Itoshi Sakhrani
1987年 東京都生まれ。油絵を描いていた父の影響で幼少期から絵画に親しむ。日本、イギリス、インドのミックスであり、異文化に触れるインターナショナルスクールと日本の公立学校で教育を受ける。卒業後は、レンタ
カーショップ、金融、バーテンダー、新聞配達、タクシードライバーなど様々な職歴を経て、2020年から画家として活動を開始。
サッカラーニの絵画は、連続する円や四角など幾何学的な形、動的なブラシストローク、植物や雲のペインティ
ングなどを背景に、作家独自の鮮やかな色彩を組み合わせて構成されている。
家族や地域の文化、風習を大切にする事をポリシーとして制作をしているサッカラーニ。主に絵画や彫刻などを
用いて、彼の関心の中心にある日々の生活を、様々な角度から捉えた作品を発表している
Born in Tokyo in 1987.
Influenced by his father, who was an oil painter, he has been familiar with painting since childhood. He has a mixed background of Japan, the UK and India, having been educated at an international school where he was exposed to different cultures, as well as in Japanese public schools. After graduation, he worked in various jobs including a rent-a-car shop, finance, bartending, newspaper delivery, and taxi driving. He began his career as a painter in 2020.
Sakhrani’s paintings feature geometric shapes such as concentric circles and squares, dynamic brushstrokes, and paintings of plants and clouds as backgrounds. These elements are combined with his own vivid color palette to create his compositions.
Sakhrani values and emphasizes the importance of family, local culture, and customs in his work. Using primarily paintings and sculptures, he creates and introduces his works that explore daily life from various perspectives, reflecting his central interests and experiences.

Satsuki Kazehaya
韓国にルーツをもつ大阪府出身のイラストレーター・アーティスト。
日本のアニメーション文化に影響を受け、幼少期からよく人物を描いていた。作品には主に油彩画を用いており、近年は国内外のグループ展やアートフェアに参加している。
Born in Japan with Korean roots
She was influenced by Japanese animation and comics culture and often portrayed people since she was a kid. She mainly uses oil paintings in her works, and in recent years she has participated in group shows and art fairs at home and abroad.

Taro Yakumo/ヤクモタロウ
多角的な視点からアートに取り組み、「アートはエンタメだ」をコンセプトに、現代社会で取り残されたノスタルジックな一面や、人間や自然が持つ美しさの本質的な裏表を独自のバイナリ哲学によって表現を探求し続けている。
He approaches art from a multifaceted perspective under the concept that “art is an entertainment”. Yakumo continuously explores expressions through his unique binary philosophy.
His work reflects a nostalgic side that has been left behind in modern society, as well as the essential duality of the beauty inherent in humans and nature.

Fuse
埼玉県出身、東京を拠点として活動。
FUSEのアートはストリートカルチャーと日本のポップカルチャーを融合し、内面的な一面をキャラクターに投影している。目のモチーフ「ルッカ（look at）」は、見る人に自身の心を見つめる力強い象徴として描かれる。ルッカは雲や煙のように形を定めず、自由と真実の中に存在し、情報過多の現代社会に新たな視点を提供する。FUSEは多様な視点から思索を促し、個々が「真実」を見つける過程を提案している。
Born in Saitama, based in Tokyo.
FUSE’s art is a mixture of street culture with Japanese pop culture, projecting inner aspects onto characters.
The eye motif “Lukka (look at)” is depicted as a powerful symbol for viewers to gaze into their own hearts.
Lukka takes the form of clouds or smoke, unbound by shape, existing within freedom and truth, offering new perspectives in today’s information-overloaded society.
FUSE encourages diverse viewpoints and prompts reflection, proposing a process for individuals to discover their own “truths”.

HOKI/ホキ
人や自然がもつ物理的な強さだったり、権利的な強さを表現したいと考える。
生き物や物体や自然界が持つ様々な『強さ』を『角』として総称し、代表的キャラクターである『ツノダ』を生み出した。『ツノダ』は『角』が生えており、気だるげで余白のある表情をしている。
強さとは余裕があり、与えることができる存在だと考える。
そして僕の平凡な日常に映り込む様々な強さを投影し、その世界でツノダがゆっくりと過ごしている。
I want to express the physical strength inherent in people and nature, as well as the strength rooted in their rights.
The various ‘strengths’ possessed by creatures, objects, and the natural world are collectively referred to as ‘horns’ here, and from this concept, the representative character ‘Tsunoda’ was created. Tsunoda has ‘horns’ growing on him and features a lethargic, sparse expression.
I believe that strength signifies having composure and the ability to give.
Moreover, I project the various types of strength that appear in my ordinary daily life onto Tsunoda, who leisurely spends his time in that world.

Mio Okazaki / 岡崎実央
1995年、北海道札幌市生まれ。
武蔵野美術大学視覚伝達デザイン学科を卒業。
プロレスをモチーフとした作品を多く制作。
現在は、リングの周りを囲む観客それぞれから見たプロレスというエンターテインメントをピカソやブラックが発展させたキュビズム（様々な角度から見た対象の形を一つの画面に収める技法）で表現している。
Born in 1995 in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Graduated from Musashino Art University, Department of Visual Communication Design.
The artist has created numerous art works using professional wrestling as a motif.
Okazaki has been working on portraying an entertainment of professional wrestling as seen from each audience member’s point of view around the ring, by respectfully acquiring cubism (a technique of capturing the form of an object seen from various angles on a single screen) developed by late Picasso and Braque.
